Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.
To cancel

- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Order" button

After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the item according to our Refund Policy.
